OUR STORY
The founder has been in the personal property (contents) industry for 30+ years. Starting from the bottom packing boxes, loading and unloading the moving truck to crew leader and quickly advancing to Operations Manager.
After investing an additional 10 years in estimating personal property (contents) the founder took his knowledge to the next level and started his own restoration company with an instant success. The founder has estimated, managed, consulted, reviewed over 75 million dollars in personal property (contents).
Today, the company is providing contents services and consulting for some of the largest insurance carriers in the United States.
The contents company is recognized as one of the top leaders in Southern California and rated the most professional and efficient in serving clients. After 30+ years the founder decided to team up with two friends he admires, whom both happen to be technology experts to bring you Matrix44 Estimating.
OUR VISION
With technology advancing every 6 months it is surprising that the contents industry does not have a comprehensive program to service the industry. Since the computer boom in the 1990’s the contents industry has been left behind. Some of the current programs in the market have long price lists while others have numerous bells and whistles.
After consulting and reviewing thousands of contents estimates for insurance carriers the founder learned there was an urgent need for a content’s app because most of the estimates reviewed had no rhyme or reason causing the carrier to question the estimate.
Matrix44 vision is to create an app with a chronological structure, provide critical decision-making tips and have Matrix44 Estimating do all the intelligent thinking. The app will run on thousands of algorithms to create a chronological detail estimate avoiding the repetitive task of entering line items on your desk after inspecting each loss. The estimate will be so comprehensive the carriers will accept the estimate improving your success ratios

Matrix44 has one patent and two patents pending. Matrix44 will be limited in providing our intellectual and proprietary details due to competitive viewing of this website. However, as mentioned above in steps 1-3 our system will decipher the complex matrix with 4400 algorithms to calculate and produce a detailed content estimate.
